Rental Fee

• Members of Whitewater Federation of Women's Clubs - $35 event fee.

• General Public $85 per event (up to 4 hours).

Events lasting more than 4 hours will require an additional fee of $15/hour. The length of event must be determined in advance.

Bassett House Policy

Maximum Capacity of 40 people.

No smoking.

No open flame candles.

No beer and hard liquor are allowed.

No moving or removal of furnishings.

No tape, tacks, etc. to be used for decorating.

Soiled linens are to be left on the kitchen table.

House must be left in the same condition as when rented.

Damage to the interior, furniture, yard, and/or parking lot is the responsibility of the renter.

All renters agree to the following:

Tenant(s) grant indemnity to landlord (lessor) and/or landlord’s agent for any injury to tenant(s), tenant(s) guest(s),and/or tenant(s) personal property from any/all acts of landlord (lessor), employees, hired contractors, other residents, equipment, equipment failure or repairs.
